tojoyo I’m trying to burn off baby fat and maybe show some tone within the next couple weeks, whats my daily workout (trying to avoid cardio bcus it’s difficult to jog rn for Reasons, so some combination of planks/pushups etc. with progression would b sick, tyty)
edit: should note the majority of the fat I’m concerned w is in my stomach, chest, and thighs. so workouts/routines I could do @ home with that in mind would help a ton. also my roommate has a pull up bar thing so that’s an option for what it’s worth
I’d recommend some fasted cardio. In terms of exercises you could do at home there are soo many you could do. Pushups (wide, close, diamond), body squats, mountain climbers, if you can get a jump rope that shit is great too. I’d check out Austin Dunham on youtube, he has quite a bit of home workout routines with minimal equipment.
Also a quick tip for anyone that reads this; we’re all on our computers for a good amount of the time in a day but during those water or bathroom trips before a pug, scrim or whatever you could quickly knock out some pushups or bodysquats before you go back to your chair just a thought :)
